Aluminum Honeycomb Liner Panel for Infills, Columns, and Interior Cleanroom Applications

The CleanSpace Apex Liner system is a 1/2” aluminum honeycomb cleanroom panel designed for use as a liner over existing walls, columns, and interior structures or installed within a framing system. It provides a fully flush, non-porous surface while replacing traditional drywall with a higher performance cleanroom finish.  Prefinished with a uPVC surface and designed for cold weld jointing, the system enables seamless field integration and long-term durability in controlled environments.

The Apex Liner system is designed for retrofit and interior cleanroom applications where a lightweight, durable, and cleanable wall finish is required. Key features include:

Construction and Materials

• The system consists of an aluminum honeycomb composite panel with prefinished cleanroom surfaces.
• 1/2” (12mm) panel thickness
• 3/4” aluminum honeycomb core
• 0.02” (.55mm) steel substrate with white uPVC finish (room-side)
• 0.02” (.7mm) galvanized steel backing (unseen)
• Bonded using 2-part solvent-free adhesive This construction provides a lightweight panel with high strength, rigidity, and impact resistance.
