Environments The CleanSpace Apex Wall system is a 2” aluminum honeycomb modular cleanroom wall panel designed as the standard structural wall system within the CleanSpace platform. It provides a fully flush, monolithic wall surface with integrated raceway capability and high strength-to-weight performance for pharmaceutical and controlled environments.  Designed as a progressive build system, Apex Wall panels enable rapid installation, tight joint lines, and a consistent, high-performance cleanroom envelope.

Construction and Materials

• The system consists of aluminum honeycomb composite panels with an integrated structural frame.
• 2” (50mm) panel thickness
• 3/4” aluminum honeycomb core
• 0.02” (.55mm) steel substrate with white uPVC finish (room-side)
• 0.02” (.7mm) galvanized steel backing (unseen)
• 2” x 3” UL-listed aluminum extrusion frame
• Bonded using 2-part solvent-free adhesive
• Rigid PVC spline connection system This construction provides structural integrity, durability, and long-term performance in cleanroom environments.
