Environments The CleanSpace Apex Ceiling Non-Walkable system is a 1/2” aluminum honeycomb cleanroom ceiling panel designed for applications where access above the ceiling is not required or is limited. It provides a smooth, monolithic ceiling surface while maintaining the performance required for cGMP and controlled environments.  Utilizing a standard support grid, the system delivers a cost-effective cleanroom ceiling solution while maintaining durability, cleanability, and non-shedding performance.

Construction and Materials

• The system consists of aluminum honeycomb composite panels supported within a suspended ceiling grid.
• 1/2” (12mm) panel thickness
• 3/4” aluminum honeycomb core
• 0.02” (.55mm) steel substrate with white uPVC finish
• 0.02” (.55mm) galvanized steel backing (unseen)
• Bonded using 2-part solvent-free adhesive This construction provides a lightweight, rigid panel with high impact resistance and long-term durability.
