The CleanSpace Aero Pro is a low-profile ducted HEPA ceiling diffuser system designed for cleanrooms, pharmaceutical facilities, and controlled environments where ceiling space is limited. Engineered for modular cleanroom ceilings and hard ceiling applications, this system delivers laminar airflow performance in a compact, serviceable form factor.

With a reduced overall height and fully welded construction, Aero Pro provides reliable filtration, simplified installation, and room-side validation access for GMP and ISO-classified environments.

Engineered for Compact Cleanroom Integration

Aero Pro is designed with a total hood height of approximately 9 inches, allowing installation in ceiling systems with limited plenum space. The unit supports both T-bar grid ceilings and plaster ceiling applications through a universal housing design.

Standard configurations accommodate 2x2 and 2x4 modules with hanging tabs at each corner for suspended installations and integrated trim options for hard ceiling systems.

Laminar Airflow and Filtration Performance

The system delivers HEPA-filtered airflow using 53 mm gel seal filters to maintain low particulate levels within cleanroom environments. The internal diffuser plate and aerosol distribution system promote uniform airflow across the filter face.

This configuration supports ISO-classified cleanrooms and controlled environments requiring consistent laminar airflow performance.

Welded Construction and Leak-Free Performance

The Aero Pro housing is constructed from 0.063” aluminum with fully welded seams to eliminate leak paths and ensure structural rigidity. Each unit is leak tested to verify performance and maintain cleanroom integrity.

Knife-edge sealing surfaces are continuously welded to prevent bypass and ensure proper engagement with gel seal HEPA filters.

Airflow Control and HVAC Integration

Aero Pro includes a centered top-entry round inlet collar designed for secure connection to HVAC ductwork. A radial bow-tie damper provides room-side airflow adjustment, allowing precise balancing of air volume within the space.

The damper control, static pressure port, and aerosol injection port are all accessible from the room side, enabling adjustment and validation without disturbing the ceiling system.

Validation and Testing Features

The system includes integrated aerosol injection and static pressure ports for cleanroom certification and filter testing. A flexible aerosol distribution system and diffuser plate ensure even dispersion of challenge aerosol across the filter surface.

These features support standard cleanroom validation procedures including airflow balancing and filter integrity testing.

Serviceability and Maintenance

Aero Pro includes a flush-mounted stainless steel grille secured with acorn nut fasteners for access to internal components. The grille design protects the filter while maintaining approximately 40 percent open area for airflow.

Filter centering guides and standoffs ensure proper installation and alignment during maintenance. All serviceable components are accessible from the room side.

Construction and Materials

The Aero Pro system utilizes an aluminum plenum with integrated knife-edge frame and a stainless steel perforated face grille. Optional foil-backed external insulation is available for thermal performance and condensation control.

The system is designed to accept standard gel seal HEPA filters and integrate with modular cleanroom ceiling systems.
