Product Description

This flush CleanSpace door is manufactured to integrate directly with 2” (50mm) modular CleanSpace wall panels, creating a continuous, ledge-free interface on both sides of the wall system.
Key integration features:

Advanced Laminar Flow HEPA Module for GMP and Critical Cleanroom Applications

The CleanSpace Aero Elite is a high-performance ducted HEPA ceiling diffuser system engineered for critical cleanroom environments including pharmaceutical manufacturing, biotechnology, and medical device facilities. Designed for cGMP applications and advanced cleanroom control, this system delivers precision laminar airflow, enhanced sealing performance, and integrated validation features.

Built with fully welded construction and advanced airflow control components, Aero Elite is intended for applications where contamination control, validation access, and long-term reliability are critical.

Engineered for Critical Laminar Flow Performance

Aero Elite provides controlled, unidirectional laminar airflow to maintain low particulate concentration within the cleanroom environment. The system is designed to minimize entrainment of contaminated air while delivering consistent HEPA-filtered airflow across the entire diffuser face.

Integrated airflow distribution components ensure uniform air velocity and optimized performance for ISO-classified and GMP-regulated spaces.

HEPA and ULPA Filtration Capability

The Aero Elite system supports a wide range of filter efficiencies, from 95% at 0.3 micron up to 99.9995% (U15), allowing application-specific selection based on cleanliness requirements.

The housing incorporates a gel-seal knife-edge design that ensures a positive, leak-free seal between the filter and diffuser. A spring-loaded filter guide automatically centers the filter, ensuring consistent gel penetration and eliminating bypass risk.

Welded Construction and Pressure-Tested Integrity

The diffuser housing is constructed from 0.063” aluminum with fully welded seams to eliminate leak paths and ensure structural rigidity. Stainless steel construction options are available for more demanding environments.

Each unit is pressure tested up to 3.0” w.g. to verify integrity and performance prior to installation, supporting GMP validation and long-term reliability.

Advanced Airflow Control and HVAC Integration

Aero Elite includes a guillotine damper system for precise airflow adjustment across the filter face. The top-entry round inlet collar is designed for secure HVAC connection and is available in standard sizes to match system requirements.

An integrated aerosol distribution system with dispersion plate ensures uniform distribution of challenge aerosol during validation testing, improving accuracy and repeatability of filter certification.

Validation and Testing Integration

The system includes quick disconnect aerosol injection ports and static pressure ports, allowing room-side testing without disruption to the ceiling system. These features support standard cleanroom commissioning and ongoing validation protocols.

The integrated testing system enables accurate measurement of pressure drop, upstream aerosol concentration, and filter performance during certification activities.

Serviceability and Maintenance

Aero Elite is designed for efficient maintenance in controlled environments. The unit includes a hinged, flush-mounted stainless steel grille with tool-less access, allowing a single technician to service the filter.

Tool-less filter clamps and quick-access fasteners eliminate the need for specialized tools, reducing maintenance time and minimizing cleanroom disruption.

Construction and Materials

The Aero Elite housing is manufactured from aluminum or optional fully welded stainless steel, with a stainless steel perforated face grille designed to promote uniform airflow.

Modules include external insulation options, universal support brackets for installation flexibility, and removable trim systems for clean integration into hard ceiling or modular cleanroom systems.

Standard Configurations

Aero Elite modules are available in standard cleanroom sizes including 2x2 and 2x4 configurations with top-entry round inlets sized at 10” and 12”. Hood depth is approximately 12-1/4” to support internal airflow distribution and filtration components.

The system is configurable with multiple options including aerosol injection systems, insulation packages, and mounting configurations to match project requirements.
